How can we help?

Not to start. You can play your first game and look around first. Creating an account saves everything, so you don’t lose your people if you switch phones, and you need one to join a Group.

A Duo is the space you share with one friend: a short game you both answer, then the answers flip over, so nobody has to go first.

A private group for you and a few friends. New games land on a Saturday, and the group can choose how many. You see everyone else’s answers once you’ve put yours in, and then you can reply or react.

Open the Group and tap Invite friends, then send the link however you like. Anyone with the link can join, so only send it to people you want in the group. Links stop working after 30 days, and whoever made the Group can remove people or turn the links off.

What you post in a Group is seen by the people in that Group, and a Duo by the one friend you’re playing with. Your connections, your Circles and your notes are private to you. There’s no public feed and no follower count.

When it’s been a while since you caught up with someone, their orb slowly fades. Each Circle can have its own pace, like monthly for friends. It’s a gentle reminder, never a guilt trip.

Tap your photo at the top of the home screen, then Settings, then Notifications. You can turn off nudges, game notifications or connection requests on their own, or everything at once.

Settings, then Privacy, then Export your data. You will get a download link with everything Cirlo holds about you.

Tap your photo at the top of the home screen, then Account & Security, then Delete account. Your data is removed from our servers after a 30 day grace window, in case you change your mind and want to come back.
